Transportation Options

Valley Transit Authority (VTA) Access Paratransit:

Older Adults who are no longer able to drive and are eligible for VTA Access can receive rides to their required destination and to the Senior Cafe (Senior Nutrition Program).  VTA is committed to providing the senior community of Santa Clara County services that help them meet their transportation needs.

If you would like to receive rides to the Senior Nutrition Program, the next step after applying for VTA, is to qualify for the Mobility Management program.  Please fill out the following form, and bring it to the Centennial Recreation Senior Center: click here.  

Sourcewise Speedy Shuttle:

Sourcewise Community Resource Solutions pilots the Speedy Shuttle, a transportation option for senior residents in South County.  The Sourcewise Transit Service enhances transportation access for over 11,000 South County residents who are over 65 and older and in need of connections to Senior Centers in Morgan Hill and Gilroy.

To receive rides to the Senior Nutrition Program in Morgan Hill or Gilroy, please call Sourcewise at (408) 762-7362.

Get'N Around Town Program:

Transportation is available in the Morgan Hill area for appointments, grocery store visits and other errands through our Volunteer Driver Program.  All rides must take place between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm Monday through Friday and in the 95037 area code.
